I've been going to minerva since my wife took me in 2011.I drop in for dinner or the lunch buffet and the Tandoori Chicken absolutely steals the show. You can tell it was prepared the right way—charred to perfection with that unmistakable smoky aroma hitting the table before the plate even landed. The chicken was tender and juicy. Flavorful all the way to the bone. My favorite hack during their lunch buffet is to match it with the chicken biryani and put a little bit of butter chicken gravy🔥🔥🔥

I dine in whenever I'm in the Gaithersburg/Rockville area. In fact, I'm taking a trip there today for lunch. I live in Germantown. I enjoy the Butter Chicken and the vegan option. This dish is one of my favorites. The sauce is amazing and not too spicy. If you're looking for delicious Indian Cuisine you won't be disappointed with Minerva.

I tried the chicken vindaloo and loved it. The chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly, and the sauce had a bold, vibrant flavor with just the right amount of heat. It was hearty, flavorful, and paired wonderfully with rice. I'd definitely order it again.

It's amazing every time I generally come to the lunch buffet, but I will not go anywhere else. Minerva is the best.

Loved the flavor. Just the right amount of heat. The chicken was very moist and the sauce very smooth. It's my go-to when I can't decide so I have tried it at many places and Minerva's is by far the tastiest.

We always have a great experience here. Most recently we ordered carry out- the lamb and chicken chetenand and the lamb saag. The chetenands are very savory very flavorful. The land saag is more of a "cool down" it is milder less spicy but more flavorful. Next we will try the Rogan Josh! I have also ordered the "lamb chops" (I forgot the name) and they are excellent as well! I was on a lamb chop kick for a long time and ordered 2 orders at a time!

I had the spinach chicken saag here and it was excellent. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the spinach sauce was rich, fresh, and well-seasoned. Paired with naan, it made for a delicious, satisfying meal I'd happily order again.
